Peace Café: Ethical Choices & Consumerism

Buying a can of coke anywhere in the world may kill an entire family of farmers in India because of dryness. Depending on the origin of our food, clothes or cosmetics, our seemingly innocent actions can contribute to human and environmental disasters somewhere on the globe, not to mention the Rana Plaza disaster in Bangladesh. We’re inviting you to talk about these issues tomorrow evening at Peace Cafés.
